Welcome to my website! I’m delighted to meet you here. The fact that you have come to my website means that you realise – just like I do – that the well-being of your employees is a priority. Employees are the largest and most important asset for any company. That’s why investing in the well-being of employees is not a non-essential luxury, but an absolute necessity.
As a former Well-being Director at DPG Media, I was passionately involved with the well-being of our employees. With a comprehensive and pro-active policy on well-being, I made sure that we had healthy, happy and motivated colleagues. My policy was based on 5 pillars: mental balance, physical health, social contact, inspiring leadership and a focus on learning & development.
Having laid a solid foundation for someone else to take the reins, I quit my fantastic job and now want to share my expertise, tips and insights with other companies. And that means you too!
As a Well-being consultant and Keynote Speaker, I inspire business leaders and managers, as well as their employees, to make a big difference with small changes in the way they work.
As the author of the books ‘Aftellen naar maandag’ ((Counting down to Monday) Borgerhoff & Lamberigts, 2017) and ‘Well-being = winst’ ((Well-being = Profit) Pelckmans uitgeverij, 2020), my aim is to inspire business leaders, HR managers, team leaders and employees alike, to understand how working smarter and differently makes them happier and more productive.

As a wife and mother, I love my warm family nest and adore our moments together. I love to travel, read, eat good and healthy food, and take long walks by the sea. Walking in the open air gives me a real energy boost, and with yoga I try to give both my body and mind some tranquillity.
